Blueberry Buns [Vegan]

For the Dough

  • 4 cups bread flour

  • 7g dried yeast

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • &#13

  • 2 tablespoons vegan butter
  • &#13

  • 1 cup plant mylk
  • &#13

  • 2 tablespoons flaxseed combined with 5 tbsp drinking water

For the Filling:

  • 3 tablespoons vegan butter, melted
  • &#13

  • 1/4 cup mild brown sugar
  • &#13

  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • &#13

For the Jam:

  • 1.5 cups blueberries
  • &#13

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • &#13

  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch mixed with 4 tbsp h2o
  • &#13

For the Topping:

  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • &#13

  • 4 tablespoons plant mylk
  • &#13
