Fleur de Lolly experiments with air fryer recipes

My current retirement is enabling me to have further time in my kitchen. My PowerXL Air Fryer Pro has been tempting me for months. I’ve tried a few recipes listed here and there, but now is the time to experiment. I went a very little outrageous with the cooking final week, so you’re going to get two columns in a row with a wide variety of delectable foods.

If the name of this recipe is off-putting because it seems like it might be too extravagant for a weeknight meal, get in touch with it what we do: Blue Ribbon Chicken. Look for rooster breast cutlets at your grocery. If those people are unavailable, use boneless, skinless breasts. Reduce them in fifty percent by means of the thickest part ahead of starting the recipe.

6 chicken breast cutlets

1 to 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

12 slices Swiss cheese

12 slices Black Forest ham

½ cup flour

1 egg beaten with a splash of water

1 cup Panko breadcrumbs, plain or seasoned

¾ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Spot just one cutlet on a cutting board and address it with a piece of plastic wrap. Carefully pound the cutlet with a meat tenderizer, making it the similar thickness in excess of the full piece. Repeat with the remaining cutlets.
