acadamia Nut Cookies are fantastic for any celebration!  No matter whether you are rolling a batch for a holiday break celebration, pulling them warm out of the oven for a cookie trade, lining on a cookie platter for gifting, or baking a batch to delight in as a family members, I promise this recipe is usually a strike!

Simple, foolproof recipe.  The cookie batter is extremely straightforward and brief and uncomplicated to whip up. The only issue you ought to do is CHILL the dough.  This makes delightfully thick and chewy cookies.

Tender, fudgy and crisp.  If you can imagine what a brownie would taste like in cookie type, this is it.  They boast a soften-in-your mouth texture with comfortable, fudgy facilities but with the crunch of cookie on the edges.

Double the chocolate.  This recipe uses a chocolate cookie foundation and then adds chocolate chips for more pockets of melty, chocolaty goodness.

Retain Well.  The Macadamia Nut Cookies are not only delicious appropriate away but cookie dough balls freeze perfectly, so you can prep them ahead of time, then just pop them in the oven!

Multipurpose dough.  You not only can add chocolate chips and macadamia nuts to the dough, but the chocolate foundation is tasty with white chocolate chips, butterschotch chips, pecans, Andes mints, M&Ms, dried fruit, caramel, and on and on!
